The papers will be subject of peer review, and those accepted and presented at the conference will be published in scientific journals from Transilvania University of Braşov and Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu, which are indexed by international bibliographic databases. The journals are indicated in the Topics area, corresponding to the conference sections (doctoral domains). Authors must strictly follow the template of the specific journal (which is available on the journal website). The manuscripts not respecting the template will be rejected without review. Editors reserve the right to adjust the style to certain standards of uniformity.
Only original papers (not previously published) are accepted. The number of papers as first author is limited at 2(two). The paper can have one author (PhD student), or a group of authors (in this case, the first author must be PhD student).
The official language of the conference is English; the Romanian/French/German language could be used for those papers from the Humanities - Philology field that address specific subjects. The Romanian language can be also used for Theology.
The authors presenting the papers have free of charge access to all the conference activities & materials. The other co-authors (where applicable) who intend to attend the conference (as registered participants) must pay the conference fee (225 LEI or 50 EUR per participant), covering the conference bag & badge, coffee-breaks, and meals. The payment will be made upon arrival, only in cash (the Romanian participants can pay only in LEI). The tax invoice/receipt will be provided on demand at the time of payment.
The papers must be submitted in PDF format by using the conference management system provided by EasyChair, excepting the proposals for Creativity & Innovation, whose submission will be made in accordance with the instructions posted here. For the papers presented at conference, and accepted for publication by the scientific committee, the revised manuscript (which must be prepared in strict compliance with the editing template of the selected journal) will be submitted in editable file format (DOC/Word or TEX/Latex - for Mathematics & Informatics) by e-mail to [email protected], along with the copyright form (both the template & copyright form are available in the Topics area).
