Here at Beshoffs we use a unique family recipe… a recipe that has been enhanced by some of the greatest “Smokemasters” over the years, all of whom have perfected the art of oak smoked salmon
We take pride in using only the finest Atlantic Salmon. Each salmon leaves the Smokery fully guaranteed for perfection and, for that important extra touch, the fish will be carefully manicured, the bones removed and the fat and top-skin discarded leaving no waste whatsoever.
